We want to update the telemetry event firefoxview.tab_pickup to include the device type of where the tab came from to better understand what devices are being used with Firefox View
Also add telemetry for when the Firefox View button is moved or removed

Yes.

Yes. This collection is Telemetry so can be controlled through Firefox's Preferences.

If the request is for permanent data collection, is there someone who will monitor the data over time?

Yes, Ray Fambro is responsible.

Category 2, Interaction.

Is the data collection request for default-on or default-off?

Default on for all channels.

No.
