Steps to reproduce
- Launch FF .
- Go to Firefox View section
- Navigate with Tab through all the sections of the page.
Expected result
- The keyboard navigation selector highlight should follow the Tab Pickup -> Recently Closed -> Try Colorways order.
Actual result
- The keyboard navigation selector highlight follows the Tab Pickup -> Try Colorways

- New Feature
Additional notes
- Improving this would greatly benefit the overall aesthetics of the page and increase the overall UX quality.
- This issue is especially obvious for empty state Firefox View.
