Apparently Nimbus depends on a FirstStartup component that seems to have potentially horrible performance characteristics, see bug 1749345. Does Nimbus still need this? Are there alternatives to the current setup, such as getting experiments already with the installer?

This bug does not directly have a measurable performance impact in general. Since an impact is already set on bug 1749345 I'm going to leave the impact field for this bug empty. Please let me know if you disagree.
