To update our WebGPU implementation, we need delta audits for wgpu-core, wgpu-hal, and wgpu-types, all for 0.13.0. Version 0.12.0 is already audited.
There are other dependencies necessary, but they'll be covered in a separate bug.

The changes between 0.12.0 and 0.13.0 of these crates were audited by hand.
