In bug #1604845, we (finally) removed the entropy portion of the raw crash AWS S3 key. To do this without having to move all the raw crash files in S3, we added support to the processor to look in both the old key and the new key for the data.

In 6 months (roughly March 2023), we can remove the code from socorro.external.boto.crashstorage build_keys for looking at the old key.
