User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:104.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/104.0

Steps to reproduce:

I recently updated my Ubuntu installation, which also resulted in the move from a .deb installation of Firefox to a snap installation. My screen is a high-DPI 4k monitor, and accordingly, I have my display scaling set to 200%.

I am unsure if this is the exact cause, but this Ask Ubuntu post may be an instance of the same issue: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1369694/my-cursor-theme-not-working-inside-firefox-in-21-10

Actual results:

When using Firefox now (after updating), my mouse cursor appears half-sized in both dimensions exclusively while hovering over Firefox windows.

Expected results:

Firefox should be respecting my DPI scaling settings and accordingly display the cursor as double its current size.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Win32' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

This doesn't seem related to gtk fractional scaling? But lmk if I'm missing something.
