178990 - Show cute Milestone name on about dialog

On About dialog, show cute milestone name alongside the version number. 

e.g. "Phoenix 0.4 ('Oceano')" or some such, instead of "Phoenix 0.3"

No offense, but is this really necessary?  If you really want to see this, you
could configure your own UserAgent string.  I just don't see how it would add
anything useful to Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2b)

This bug wasn't asking for the milestone name in the UA string...only in the
text at the top.

we have enough name branding confusion as it is.
