Expected results:

The requested page opens correctly.

I could not reproduce this issue on macOS 11.6 using the latest Nightly 106.0a1 or Firefox 104.0.2.

Sim.gergely, please can you confirm whether you reproduce this issue using Firefox in safe mode?

Flags: needinfo?(sim.gergely)

Yes, the result is the same in safe mode.

One additional info that I turned on forced HTTPS-Only mode.

:groovecoder, could you have a look please?

Flags: needinfo?(lcrouch)

Enabling HTTPS-Only Mode in all windows from about:preferences didn't change the outcome in my case, I'm still not able to reproduce on macOS 11.7 using the latest Nightly 108.0a1 or Firefox 106.0.5.
Sim.gergely are you seeing any logs in the Browser Console while trying to sign up for data breaches?

Flags: needinfo?(sim.gergely)

No, the console is blank.
I turned off https-only mode, and the issue is still the same.

Flags: needinfo?(sim.gergely)

I also can't reproduce this.

sim.gergely: are you on an internet connection that could be filtering your network traffic?

(In reply to sim.gergely from comment #5)

No, the console is blank.
I turned off https-only mode, and the issue is still the same.

This seems like a cert issue to me. The Https-only setting should not matter.. I think turning it on should actually be preferred.
@sim.gergely: I assume this issue only happens when you visit monitor.firefox.com?
Is there an "Advanced" button you can click to get more info about the exception? Sometimes we can see error codes like: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

Thanks!

Closing as Resolved: Incomplete due to no update from the reporter. If anyone can still reproduce this issue, please feel free to reopen the bug. Thanks!
