Please also add him to the teams

Alright, I see the GH ID setup in people.m.o - and given the manager/managee relationship here, with the teams requested, I think that speaks well to its approval.

Marc - you should be getting an invite from people.m.o for the ghe_mozilla_users group - please process that first.
Then there will be github invites to the mozilla and the mozilla-services orgs - once accepted you'll be a member of the requested teams.
