Hi Katherine,
It seems like the browser/actors/NetError* files are gone after rebasing. I wonder if I still need to make the conversion. Thank you.

The NetError files were recently fixed from another patch. Apologies for that. Please work on this new ticket instead: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1812141. I will assign you to it shortly.
