Steps to reproduce:
Accessed Help / About from hamburger menu.
Actual results:
1 . Was listed Help / About Firefox. Should be branded Thunderbird.
- When About selected, errors out as follows :
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://messenger/content/aboutDialog.xhtml
Line Number 148, Column 109:
&community.exp.start;<label class="text-link" onclick="openLink('https://www.mozilla.org/');">&community.exp.mozillaLink;</label>&community.exp.middle;<label class="text-link" onclick="openAboutTab('about:credits');">&community.exp.creditsLink;</label>&community.exp.end;

Expected results:

Should be listed Help / About Thunderbird.

Thanks Steve, but this works for me on Win10 (which you were probably using), and also on MacOS, and no error in console.
- Do you see this with
≡ > Help > Troubleshoot Mode…
? - Which OS and which exact version of TB?
≡ > Help > About Thunderbird
If you have more information how to reproduce this, we can reopen this ticket.

Windows 11. Can't obv do Help -> About Thunderbird as that's what's broken :)
Neither -version or --version work on command line on windows. Was 102.2.2 from installer .exe filename.

Tried reinstallling or Troubleshoot Mode?
When this happens, was it Thunderbird started from the crash reporter or installer?
-version on Windows must be piped to "more"

Still get this as of today, on Windows 11, my machine. If nobody else has this maybe is a local config issue & a reinstall might fix it.
Low priority, if just my machine, I don't care.
