Attachment: Bug 1790728 - Update libdmg-hfstools.

And use the updated version for system-symbols-mac jobs, instead of
pre-building the same thing in the docker image.

I think we can't reland this until I find the time to find out what's wrong with libdmg-hfsplus. The hodge-podge of patches I picked up around are clearly problematic.
