Steps to reproduce:
Sometimes I send emails with a different From field, e.g. "John Doe <my@email.com>" instead of my actual "Artem S. Tashkinov <my@email.com>".
Actual results:
When you're browsing the Sent [emails] folder all these messages have/show: From: Me <my@email.com>
Expected results:
And I'd love to see the actual From field retrieved and shown.

Yeah, I don't care much for the "Me" at all myself. Perhaps if one uses just one account...
If you're using more than one account its just annoying.

Aleca, what do you think?

Yeah I agree, if multiple identities are currently configured, we should definitely return the identity name, falling back to the usual "extracted" email name if the user didn't set one.

Only use "Me" when it's
- not ambibous what me is
- the expected value: I might have customized what I sent. The sender might have the name or something wrong, in which case I'd like to see that.
