Steps to reproduce:
Open Tools menu -> Message filters -> Create a new
I'm using the french version of Thunderbird 102.2.2 (64 bits)
Actual results:
When the window of "create a new filter" is open, i'm able to create everything bug there is no possibility to save (no button any more). It's just impossible to close de windows than and the only solution is to quit Thunderbird.
Expected results:
I hope, we can create filters in the future
