Steps to reproduce:
Under View/Folders, have "Favorite Folders" and "Compact View" checked and restart Thunderbird.
Actual results:
Thunderbird starts up showing all folders despite that option not being checked. I have to check and then uncheck "All Folders" for it to reset to what I actually set it to.
Expected results:
Thunderbird should have started up showing the "Favorite Folders" in compact view.

In version 102, all the settings under View > Folders are sticky so they must be manually changed.
Are you suggesting that compact should have removed the "All" choice?

(In reply to Wayne Mery (:wsmwk) from comment #1)
In version 102, all the settings under View > Folders are sticky so they must be manually changed.
Are you suggesting that compact should have removed the "All" choice?
No, everything is unchecked except for "Favorite" and "Compact View", then Thunderbird is fully closed, reopened, and all folders are open despite only "Favorite" and "Compact View" still being checked.

Reporter, do you still see this issue when using the latest version?
What information can you add to clarify the steps to reproduce this issue?
