179110 - Buttons corrupted using Toy factory/Full screen

Win XP Pro. JA

1. Launch Navigator
2. Select Edit/Preferences/Appearance/Themes
3. Click Get New Themes
4. Select Toy Factory and Click Install Theme in Get New Themes window
5. When installe is completed, exit from Navigator and relaunch
   navigator
6. Select View/Full Screen 
   You will see top of the right corner Minimize/Maximaize/Close
   buttons are corrupted

I do not think problems with 3rd party themes are valid bugs, the information
for the themes component specifies "problems with modern or classic". The theme
probably needs to be updated.
