once global history in the sidebar is enabled, basic commands will need to be implemented ;) * delete * edit info (get info) * any others? currently keyboard shortcuts don't do anything (delete key, cmd-I). also, the respective main Edit menu items are disabled (select all and find do nothing).

i have single-item delete working, but not deleting entire site folders. i need to talk to ben before i can do that. talked to simon and i see no need to provide any mechanism to edit history item info. If people really want to change it, they can bookmark it. taking, and landing the single-item history delete for the time being.

interestingly, pressing delete while a folder is selected (as of Build ID: 2002122004) causes a long hang before it is apparent that nothing has happened.

tested deletion of global history folders (per site): vrfy'd fixed with 2003.01.11.04 build on 10.2.2.
