Steps to reproduce:
- Create HTML file
- Add some characters added in Unicode 15
Actual results:
There are boxes filled with letters and numbers.
Expected results:
Characters should be rendered.

Firefox should be able to grab a font that support these characters from the system, if available - Firefox wouldn't need an update. Was just able to test out Emoji 15 being added by installing the latest version of Noto Color Emoji, for example.
Did not find any particular font that implements Cyrillic Extended-D, but if you do and run into issues, please file another bug.
