Steps to reproduce:

-Add a new network calendar: (Calendar > Add)
-Before clicking "Subscribe", click "Properties" and change calendar name (or color) and click "OK"
-Take note of the calendar name/color

Actual results:

The new name/color does not update.

Expected results:

The calendar name/color should have been updated.

This does still reproduce in v115.0b6
The color/name of the calendar is not updated in the dialog after clicking 'OK'.
The issue is just a display issue since clicking "Subscribe" does setup the calendar with the newly assigned name/color.

Does not reproduce in 78.14.0
I.e. I can pick a color when setting up a calendar, and I also can change the calendar's color later on.
