TB V102.2.2 does not properly print new contacts

Steps to reproduce:

Create new contact. Try to print it. Only display name and email address are printed.

Print address book. Same lack of information in printing.

Actual results:

Printed only display name and email address of new contacts. Contacts existing before upgrade to V100+.?.? print properly

Expected results:

When printing single contact, should include ALL fields that are displayed in the address book app. When printing an address book, I expect the same fields printed for old contacts to be printed for new contacts.

Tried following debugging/probing to narrow down problem:

  1. Add fields to the new contact in different orders while saving and printing after each addition. This fails on all fields except name and email address.

  2. Export an address book with a new entry in it, import it with a non conflicting name. This fails also: new entry does not print properly but all old entries print okay.

  3. Use a different login on the same machine where the behavior is identically incorrect.

  4. Inquired on USENET TB forum if anyone else had similar problem and received a "me too".

I'm running on Win 7 Pro SP1 64 bit.
