Also, since the permissions will change, I need to know if there's a team in the firefox-devtools org that will need admin access. (barring that, I'll just add Jan as admin, but happy to do more if that's available.)

https://github.com/firefox-devtools/devtools-examples exists, and Jan is an admin of the repo. Note that the old link https://github.com/mdn/devtools-examples will automatically redirect to the new location for some time.
