Details
As part of the redesign of the workflow for root inclusion cases, we introduced a new case type called "Add/Update Root Request". The "Add/Update Root Request" replaced the previous “CA Audit Update Request” and “CA Information Update Request (Non-Audit)” Case types, and added the ability for CAs to add root certificate records to the CCADB.
The initial design and addition of the "ROOT INFORMATION" tab are described in comments 2 through 11 of Bug #1737866.
This was a very large project, so I am filing this separate bug to indicate this large amount of work that was done in Q3, 2022. This was a major update to CCADB production, that went live on September 15, 2022.
