See the attached example. The bulleted items (<li>'s) are obviously badly
misaligned. Removing either the "direction: ltr" or "text-align: justify" fixes
the problem. Changing the text contents also affects the alignments.

This bug may be related to bug 140611 but it is not the same problem.

Perhaps it was fixed by the fix to bug 140611?

It now WFM with seamonkey 2004-09-27 build 16. Could be that comment #2 is
correct. If someone reproduces this with a different testcase I'll reopen the bug.
