I'm sure Asa filed a bug on this, but I can't find it. The:

"This is Bugzilla: the Mozilla bug system. For more information about what
Bugzilla is and what it can do, see mozilla.org's bug pages."

text at the top of the header got removed from CVS, but not from mozilla.org's
custom template, even after the upgrade. We should do this to save space.

myk removed it from the footer after I asked him on irc, but I didn't mention
the header

In CVS, the "Bugzilla" in the versionstring is linkified.

I don't know if this change means that bmo doesn't need a custom template for
this any more.

Done. We weren't using a custom header before, just a heavily-hacked version of
the default (that was so hacked it probably should've been a custom template).
Now mozilla.org's template has only one line different (the banner image).
