Steps to reproduce:
Start a new OS session

I launch Firefox first all the time! Firefox starts successfully but don't load any website for some time 1-2 minutes, after that it works normally! I thought its network issue but chrome works just fine!

This is caused by a Web Extension taking a particularly long time and blocking everything trying to retrieve something from Local Storage. Due to the privacy settings with which the profile was uploaded it isn't possible to say which extension was responsible.
Please report the list of installed extensions and if possible include an un-sanitized profile.
