1.) Focus the Address Bar
2.) Make the window smaller
3.) Hover over the Help Button
4.) Take a look at the padding between last Quick Action Button and Help button
5.) Compare with the padding between two Quick Action buttons
Actual: The padding between last Quick Action Button and Help button is approx. 5px.
Expected: It should be also approx. 20px like between two Quick Action buttons.

Verified as fixed using Firefox 107 beta 3 under Win 10 64-bit, Ubuntu 22.04 and Mac OSX 10.14.
