Steps to reproduce:
I got a popup stating that an update was available. It's "download" button was highlighted which should indicate that the button has the input focus. This button does not.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Layout: Form Controls' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
