Originally reported on webcompat.com, a user noted that you can't capture the PiP window(s) via navigator.mediaDevices.getDisplayMedia, as it doesn't show up as an independent window.

I'm not sure if this is deliberate, or if this is a side-effect of how the window is flagged not to be alt-tab'able and always on top.

Ah, the reporter already had a bugzilla issue filed...
