Steps to reproduce
- Install a .msi x32 build for Firefox and open the installation folder.
- Scroll down to the Private Window icon and pin it to the Taskbar.
- Click on the pinned Private Window icon.
Expected result
- A Private Window is opened and only one icon is displayed.
Actual result
- Two Private Window icons are displayed.
Regression range
- If there is one I will try to find it as soon as possible.
Additional notes
- Sometimes the doubled icon is for the Normal Window.
- This can be also reproduced with 32-bit Firefox .exe.

This is the same root problem as bug 1792549 -- Explorer does not deal with AUMID on shortcuts.
