I just installed the build that this is reported against and was modifying my
preferences.  I will have to go back and check each indivdual prefence one by
one to narrow down exactly what prefernce it was.  I found that by deleting the
prefs.js, prefs.bak file did not reslove the problem.  However deleting xul.mfl
did reslove the problem.

Went though and found what cause this.  Selecting debug XUL boxes in the
rendering part of Debug under preferences.  I beleive that I have selected this
option before and not had the results, but I can not be 100% sure.  If this is
normal operation for selecting this option, please mark resloved and foregive my
lack of knowlege.
