Currently, mach tb-esmify only handles import rewriting for jsms that are in comm-central.
Since a significant number of modules are imported out of upstream/m-c, having automatic import rewriting for those is a game-changer.

Adds a new argument to mach tb-esmify, --upstream-imports.
Use this to rewrite imports of modules from mozilla-central.
Ex:
../mach tb-esmify --upstream-imports --prefix=toolkit/ mail/
