User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:107.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/107.0

Steps to reproduce:

I opened the bookmark manager - library, by Ctrl+Shift+O. Opening it by going through the menu provides the same result.

Actual results:

On Windows 10, using Firefox Nightly 107.0a1 (2022-09-29) (64-bit), the bookmark manager - library, can be resized, however the graphical content will remain fixed, it doesn't seem to render to the extended window area.
Name, Tags and Location columns are resizable to the left and right, only Location's right edge can't be moved; even if the resize arrow appears, on hovering over.
In the previous versions I didn't encountered this. Thank you for making the Firefox Nightly, it's exciting to use it everyday.

Expected results:

Bookmark manager - library, should render the elements using the windows size real estate and should resize the internal items.
