Evangelism links to its old location at
<http://www.mozilla-evangelism.bclary.com/>.  The Tech Evangelism project has
moved to <http://www.mozilla.org/projects/tech-evangelism/>.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the page at <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi>.
2. Follow the "more info" link for Tech Evangelism.
Actual Results:  
You find yourself at an old location of <http://www.mozilla-evangelism.bclary.com/>.

Expected Results:  
The new, correct location is <http://www.mozilla.org/projects/tech-evangelism/>.

I have set the severity to minor since there is a link in the template of the
old location to the new location.  I believe Bob Clary will keep some live
content for a fair amount of time before people will not be able to find the
content using the old address.
