Steps to reproduce:
Created a new bug, and every new bug reported last week shows "Reported" date/time as 2022-09-20 21:32 EDT. This morning, the reported date/time is now:
2022-09-23 02:05 EDT
Expected results:
The correct date & time of reported issue should display.

The bug report in the attachment is not from this installation of Bugzilla so we cannot help. Please report the bug to the proper installation administrator. If this is your own installation of Bugzilla then you will need to report it against the upstream Bugzilla product as the bugzilla.mozilla.org product is only about this installation.
