Dialog browser is wider than the window
We will need to prevent the changes from bug 1792730 from applying to .spotlightBox or sizeto="available" dialogs.

I‘ve verified this issue using the latest Firefox Nightly 107.0a1 (Build ID: 20221011093208) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 12.5.1, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.
- The spotlight dialogs are correctly rendered in responsive mode when resizing the browser.
