User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:105.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/105.0

Steps to reproduce:

1 Open your Inbox on support.mozilla.org
2 Click on a received pm

Actual results:

You can only write your reply and click the Reply button.
The Quote and Preview options, Bold, Italic, etc. buttons are missing.

Expected results:

These options and buttons should be displayed as in the past.

I can confirm this bug when you reply to a received Private Message.
