When I activate the context menu for a graphic image by clicking the right mouse
button it should be possible to load the image file into a user defined graphic
viewer program. 
The main reason for this is to be able to scale an rotate the image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click the mouse while pounting to a graphic image

Expected Results:  
In the contect menue there should be a new option "View Image with application"

Can't find a dupe...

However, you can just save the image, and then view it the way you want.
