This is most likely due to the bookmark program not checking for free space before writing things back to disk. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Don't try this on your working system :-) 2. Run Chimera 3. Fill your harddisk completely up 4. Add a bookmark 5. Quit Chimera 6. Delete the stuff you used to fill your harddisk 7. Restart Chimera - you see now that your bookmarks are gone Actual Results: The bookmarks were deleted Expected Results: Chimera should not try to write back a bookmarks file when no space is left on the harddisk.
