This only occurs once per session when the first phoenix opened.
https://mail.yahoo.com displays a message claiming that the security certificate
may be invalid. The dialog box is too short in size so that the only button seen
is the "X" to close and half of the "view certificate" button. Without the OK or
Cancel buttons the user has no choice.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure there are no Phoenix/Mozilla windows open.
2.open Phoenix
3.Type "https://mail.yahoo.com" in addressbar
4.Look at the dialog box.

Actual Results:  
The dialog box is too short in size so that the only button seen is the "X" to
close and half of the "view certificate" button.

Expected Results:  
The dialog box should correctly display all of the information.
