User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:102.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/102.0
Steps to reproduce:
With Firefox 102.3.0esr (64-bit) on Debian testing (bookworm), when system starts up after suspend or hibernate where Firefox is opened.
Actual results:
All already opened tabs show content from before shutting system down but trying to open new page in a new tab or reload existing pages cause Firefox to endless refreshing.
Strange enough one time I had a tv streaming page opened actively streaming in a tab and it continued fine after booting up.
To get Firefox to work again I have to restart program.
Expected results:
Previous releases of Firefox were able to handle suspend and hibernate and continue function. I do not know which version it worked but it started happen a few month ago. At first I thought it were related to system update and a reboot were necessary but now it happen consistently.
