Steps to reproduce:
I write the first letters in the to or cc field
Actual results:
there is no auto-completion.
Expected results:
a list of the contact in the address book usually appears, and I could select one.

Try Help | Troublshoot mode.
Autocomplete is in general working, so you'll have to debug it.

Bug close, is due to the use of the tool CardBook, by default Cardbook puts the option "cardbook only source for address", in this case the auto-completion don't work logic :((.
