asasaki's checkin to version_win.pl for bugscape 17934 / bugzilla 169074 broke
win32 nightly builds. The reason is that version_win.pl calls
getOfficialMilestone without passing in a filename. Fix coming up.

'cause my build and the tinderboxen didn't pick that up.
