User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20021104 Chimera/0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20021104 Chimera/0.6 When print requester and cookie requester are both on screen.. Neither will accept input from the user nor can be cancelled. The browser is effectively locked up. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Chimera 0.6 release. 2. In preferences, set to "ask" for cookies. 3. Start with any page like www.macminute.com (my home page). 4. Start it loading another page like www.versiontracker.com. 5. Before it can get to the page cookie, hit print (command+p) to bring up the print requester.. (and don't save, cancel, or print) leave it onscreen. 6. When the browser comes across the first cookie to ask about, it will pop up the cookie requester.. Actual Results: Chimera does not respond to affirmative or negative action on cookie. It locks up completely. Have to Force-quit the application at the OS level. Expected Results: One would think, ideally that it should not matter that there is a print request pending.. it should accept the input about the cookie, or the printing, in any order in a truly multitasking system. Happened in OS 10.2.1 on an LCD iMac with printer set to DeskJet 840c.

The print dialogs are Carbon (posed internally by OS printing code) and the cookie dialog is Cocoa. Sounds like bad interraction between the two that happens in OS code. Wondering what can be done about it...

WorksForMe with Camino 2003081202 running on 10.2.6. Hit cmd-P while amazon.com was loading, cookie dialog appeared while print dialog was up. After dismissing all the cookie dialogs the print dialog could be dismissed as usual. I tried dragging the dialogs around and clicking in the dormant print dialog when both were up but nothing bad happened.
