Details

From Salesforce:

We are contacting you because the Enhanced Personal Information Management (EPIM)
setting is not enabled in your org. We previously communicated that enablement of the
EPIM setting would take place with the Winter ‘23 release. In order to ensure customers
have adequate time to prepare, test, and make necessary adjustments, enablement of the
EPIM setting will be postponed to the Spring ’23 release.

For more information about the EPIM setting and how to enable the setting in your org
prior to it being enabled in the Spring ’23 release, see Manage Personal User Information
Visibility for External Users
in Salesforce Help.

To ask questions, visit our Securing Experience Cloud group in the Trailblazer Community.

We need to test this in Sandbox and move the changes to production before Salesforce's Spring '23 release.

Poonam, Please confirm if this has been completed.

EPIM enablement is complete but we do not depend on this feature. We have custom programs that restricts the access to most 'User' fields. CCADB does not allow direct access to the User fields/records to the CAs (external users). CAs can see following information about themselves and other CAs:
First Name, Last Name, Email, Last Login, Is Community User
