User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021101 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021101 Systems -- iMac OS 10 Mozilla build Background-- two users are using the same Mozilla software. Browser and mail are OK for one user -- the browser does not work for the other user, but the e-mail does work. Problem: Mozilla “loading” screen is normal, but 100% of the browser screen is reduced to a very thin line-- 1/2” high and 1/32” wide. No header or footer in the browser mode -- mail is full screen. The web page appears to load in the noted very small screen. I have tried many times to use the mouse to expand the screen to full size. Problem was caused by some unknown mouse or key stroke combination. Browser was OK at one moment, the next the screen was reduced in size to 1/2” x 1/32” This happened once before -- after hundreds of tries I was able to get the curser to drag and expand the shrunken window. Attempts to drag open the shrunken window cause an opaque/gray gray area in a window area that does not stay open. Is there a key stroke I can use to expand? During the day you can call me on my toll free # 1-800-772-0480 X 269 Curt Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. I do not know what I did to cause the problem. About a month ago, it happend and somwhow after days of trial and erro, was able to drag open the shrunken window.
