Steps to reproduce:

• Enter RDM
• Set a size larger than the browser window

Actual results:

Browser controls get pushed / hidden without means to accessing them this also affects DevTools

Expected results:

Browser window should be unaffected by RDM viewport size change

I have managed to reproduced this issue on macOS 11 with an affected Nightly build, 107.0a1 (20221010214639).

The issue is verified as fixed on Beta 107.0b3 with macOS 11.
