Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1793390
It's intentional change. The fix of bug 1789967 caused making a half of the test do nothing. Therefore, the score was improved. However, the fix of bug 1793390 makes the test runs same things again. Therefore, the score becomes worse.
Oh, but anyway, the scores are much improved from the builds before the fix of bug 1789967.
