Alright, looking at the org chart, and seeing that they're already in github taking a license, this checks out. Invite sent.

As a note - there's no maintainers set on that team - is there anyone that should be one? Besides being able to add/remove people - the maintainers are who we'd ask about things like "is this a good change"

Alright, that change has been made - you can now maintain that group yourself - only thing you need owners for would be adding new members to the org entirely.
