The request.cgi request queue does the old COUNT based security checks. This should be converted to the new form from bug 114696. The best way to do this is probably to use Bugzilla::Search, to avoid redundancy, although I don't know if we can manage that without massive B::S hacking, given teh special requirements for this script.

Existing code works, although not optimal, making this an RFE. Setting Severity appropriately.
