currently we run a subset of reftests on android phone, the pixel2 with android 8.0.

I am working to upgrade this to pixel5 phones which have android 13.0 (Android 13, also has AGSL)

a few reftests fail, I can fix with some tight range fuzzy-if statements and all goes well. I have attached a full log file from CI to help show the failures in the future.

As this still shows readable fonts, there is little to no risk in adding fuzzy-if statements.

They're also fuzzy on windows, hard to see if there's anything actually actionable here.
